Dr. Passmore was born and raised in Gainesville, GA. He obtained a bachelor's degree from Piedmont College and his medical degree from the Medical College of Georgia. He completed residency at the University of Tennessee College of Medicine in Chattanooga, TN where he served as Co-Chief resident. He is a member of the AAP and is board eligible. In his free time he enjoys watching basketball and playing board games.
